Cancellation Policy

Our appointments are very important to me. I understand that sometimes things need to be changed or even cancelled. 

All appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you do not cancel an appointment within the requested time frame, you understand that a fee representing 20% of your total services booked will be added to your profile and must be paid before you may book another appointment.

Emergencies will be taken into consideration.

Redo Policy

I understand that once you get home and live in your new hair for a few days that you may find some adjustments need to be made. I am happy to make those minor adjustments that align with our original consultation within 7 days of the original service. Adjustments that alter the original plan, or that are made more than 7 days after the original appointment will require payment. I do not provide refunds.

SBB Extension Home Care Policy

At Sydney Biddix Beauty, we take the integrity of your natural hair and the longevity of your extensions seriously. Proper home care is essential to maintaining the health, appearance, and performance of your extensions between appointments.

If you are not following the required home care practices, you may not be a suitable candidate for wearing extensions, and we reserve the right to decline future reinstall services. Additionally, we do not offer complimentary fixes for issues that result from improper care or neglect at home.

Your extensions are a luxury investment — and we’re here to support you in keeping them beautiful, strong, and long-lasting with the right care and guidance.

Extension “Fixes”

In the past I have offered FREE “quick fixes” for any of our extension guests because I take pride in my installs and I know our guests invest a lot in their hair extensions.

However, my schedule is busier than ever and it has become increasingly difficult to fit in these quick fixes, so each guest will be granted two FREE fixes and each one after that will be a $25 charge.

Please keep in mind that these are also meant to be something very quick, so if the “fix” requires taking the row apart and re-sewing it, you may be required to book another reinstall instead. These are also meant for when accidents happen, just to get you through until your next move-up. Proper home-care is how you will take the best care of your install and you should not require any fixes if this is being done.

Group Appointments

Respectfully, I request that all childcare arrangements be made prior to your appointment. There are lots of sharp tools, hot tools, and chemicals and this can be dangerous when kids are sitting through long appointments. I kindly request that only those who are receiving services be present in the salon due to limited space and for everyone’s safety.
